El concepto de carga de entrenamiento fue introducido por Banister et al en 1975 en un art\u00edculo titulado \u201cUn modelo de sistemas de entrenamiento para el rendimiento deportivo\u201d. *<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En SELFLOOPS, la&nbsp;carga de entrenamiento&nbsp;se calcula despu\u00e9s de cada sesi\u00f3n y va acompa\u00f1ada de la&nbsp;puntuaci\u00f3n de potencia efectiva, intensidad y TRIMP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La potencia efectiva es una potencia promedio ponderada que tiene en cuenta la variabilidad de la carrera, mientras que la intensidad mide qu\u00e9 tan duro fue un entrenamiento al calcular la relaci\u00f3n entre la potencia efectiva del atleta y su FTP. Este concepto, conocido como periodizaci\u00f3n, considera las competencias y la forma del atleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para controlar el equilibrio del entrenamiento entre el entrenamiento y la recuperaci\u00f3n, SELFLOOPS proporciona el Gr\u00e1fico de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y frescura. El gr\u00e1fico permite a los entrenadores realizar un seguimiento del estado f\u00edsico, la fatiga y la forma de un atleta a lo largo del tiempo y utilizar estas m\u00e9tricas para guiar al atleta a alcanzar sus objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gr\u00e1fico de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y frescura utiliza la carga de entrenamiento acumulada para modelar la forma del atleta. Las sesiones de entrenamiento generan estr\u00e9s a largo plazo (estado f\u00edsico) o &#8220;carga de entrenamiento cr\u00f3nica&#8221;, que se requiere para competir.
